Our museum cat took one look around the place and immediately assumed
the throne as Supreme Director of the Museum, bending every staff
member and visitor to his will.

He is of little use in terms of pest control, as he assumes that all
small furry creatures have their rightful place in the Universe, and
is so laid back that he is often mistaken for a new exhibit.

He is adored by visitors and is frequently the "most favorite thing"
on the visitor survey sheets. He reigns over the gift shop in a
lordly and disdainful manner unless he suspects edibles, in which
event he transforms into a groveling, snivelling beggar.

He is not much as a Curator, as he tends to nibble on catalog cards
and is only able to paw the space bar on the collections computer
(with often interesting results), but provides a unqiue Registrar
function by paw printing records. Shaggy as he is, he would perform
well as a Custodian if he would only drag his belly and tail where
the dust is, although he has great potential as a fund raiser as
soon as we teach him to say "money" instaead of "meow".
