Continue.  I think a better use, in general, for limited federal funds is
to better support projects of national impact.  The Federal Museums and
National Park Service are not, to my way of thinking, adequately funded.
U. S. Grant's tomb was falling apart not too long ago!
I think NEA and NEH are reasonably well run and peer panels are OK, I just
wonder about overall Government policy towards culture.
