If, in your emergency procedures, you include a segment about how to deal
with difficult visitors, I would surely like to see it! We had our local
campus police officer and the head of the psychological services health
unit on campus talk to us recently, and I am now impressed with the idea of
having a written policy for the discovery room I coordinate (k-5 hands on
science). What about procedures for notifying the rest of the staff about
an incident that occurred in another part of the museum? Suggestions more
than welcome. Thanks in advance.
