There is also a Ham Museum (Museo del Jambon) in Madrid (there may be one
in Hollywood, but I think that's called the Academy) and heaven knows there
must be other specialized museum devoted to chocolat, and I think there is
a wine museum somewhere north of San Francisco. In San Jose I've passed a
shop, but resisted entering the adjacent building labeled on its door:
"donut museum!" Also, I have a quite vague recollection of a fairly recent
catalog (or monograph?) on the food in Dutch still lifes.
