Hi,
I had another thought about collecting stuff from protest movements;
if you collect lots of documentary stuff, such as photos, interviews
etc, from people engaged in potentially illegal activities, is there
any way to keep the collections outside the realms of the police etc
or could they confiscate stuff to be used as evidence? - obviously
no-one is going to want to talk to a museum if the museum can't keep
the information to itself? Do the laws about confessions only apply
to catholic priests? - also what do journalists do about protecting
their sources? could this be applied?
cheers,
Jane
