For SUSHI lovers:
There was a temporary exhibition of 'SUSHI' held at one summer at the Gifu Pre
fectural Museum in Japan, about 6 years ago.
Basically, it was a historical exhibition with nutrition information as well.
It was an interesting one except they did not have any demonstrations of NIGG-
ling (=preparing the SUSHI joints with bare but should be clean fingers!) at t
he exhibition nor at their cafe.
