Yes, there is one somewhere. Now having said that I'm stymied if I can
remember where it came from other than from a museum consultant in New York
State. It was basically a template that hit all the major topics and issues
you need in a disaster preparedness plan and you just fill in the blanks.
Well of course it's never as easy as just filling in the blanks. I'm sure
someone else remembers who was selling this software. We bought a copy
three or four years ago, paid for by our insurance reserve because it was
seen as a good tool to help avoid future losses - I think it was $100 or so.
We used it as a basic layout, but then went from their on our own. So in
retrospect, maybe it isn't what you're looking for. Good luck.
