Are your visitors staying away? Are repeat visits down? Has your
attendance stayed the same or dropped over the years?
Maybe you should think hard about how you serve your visitors. Museums
are important institutions with authentic content...but that may mean
little to the casual visitor. If the hassle of visiting your museum gets

done very little to fulfill your mission except to serve other museum
