The Museum of Discovery and Science seeks an experienced professional to
oversee all fundraising efforts. Capital campaign experience is a necessity.
Reporting to the President/CEO, this senior level management position is
responsible for working with the CEO and Board to successfully raise the
funds necessary to meet the annual and future capital goals. Successful
candidates will have a minimum of 10 years fundraising experience and the
ability to solicit major gifts, manage a full service development office,
have significant government relations experience, and have a good grasp of
marketing as it relates to the fundraising process.  Excellent interpersonal
relations and communications skills, both written and verbal are essential.
