I can't speak to decontaminating soil other than it smells really AWFUL
while being baked at about 225-250 in your oven.  A suggestion: instead
try ground coffee - different blends, different grinds give variations
in color and texture.  Does coffee attract critters?  I haven't seen any
evidence of it here, but....??????  Linn
