As a state museum located at U.F., our volunteers, docents, etc. must fill
out a form which includes a health form.  Once we have these forms on file
and they keep up with their "time cards", they are covered by workmans
compensation.  The only glitch to that is for jr. volunteers under 16 and
are not covered by workmans comp.  We must include jr. volunteers on our
camp insurance policy for our summer classes which utilizes jr. volunteers.
