The California State Railroad Museum is planning the 1997 National
Railway Symposium. The theme is "Interpreting Railroad History and
Technology."
We are looking for successful interpretive planners and exhibit designers
to participate in the symposium. If you are an interpretive planner
and/or exhibit designer, working for a private firm, or have worked with
a planner or designer that you would recommend, please let us know.
(Also, please include a list of some of the exhibits/museums worked on.)
Our goal is to convey the concepts and principles of interpretive
planning and to illustrate how exhibit design reinforces interpretation.
Please respond off-list. Many thanks!
