Eric,
We recently received a mailing regarding a listing in a book that was
being compiled for publication this fall(?)(I think).  It was exactly
these catagories, so it said.  Sorry not to be more explicit, but all I
remember is that it was from "back east", Connecticut or New Jersey. We
filled it out and sent it back.  i expect to hear when it is pub.
