I'm not sure there is a standard. We start with 2 weeks paid vacation per
year plus an additional 3 days of personal leave time (the use of personal
time is very very restricted, however). After 5 years of service it goes to
3 weeks, then an additional week every 5 years of service. I'm pretty sure
it is the same for everyone regardless of level.
Also, I'm not sure of the point of having extra vacation time for
senior-level or executive-level staff. When would they take it?
