The Health Museum of Cleveland, the first of its type in the Western
Hemisphere and celebrating its 61st year of operation, has a new position
open in its Development Department for an articulate and detail-oriented
professional to serve as Grant Writer.
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to develop and write
grant submissions and grant reports for the museum's operating and capital
campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Grant Writer will
also manage grant reporting requirements. The Grant Writer will assist
with the development of departmental promotional materials and will provide
additional administrative support to the Department as needed.
The candidate must have the ability to perform independently as well as
part of a team. Excellent written, verbal, computer, and problem-solving
skills required.
