EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Children's museum with newly developed early childhood learning and
expanding outreach programs is looking for an experienced executive
director.  Candidate must possess:
        -A college degree (masters degree preferred)
        -Experience working with not for profit organizations
        -Strong knowledge of finance, fundraising and program development
        -Prior experience managing senior staff
        -Board of director/trustee relations
        -Major funding relations with foundations and corporations
        -Working knowledge in operations, education and marketing
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent
organization skills and the ability to plan strategically while working in a
creative environment.  This individual will also be personable and a natural
collaborator who can build confidence in their team and the community.
