We operate on an 18-month to 2 1/2-year schedule. I set the dates in
January for the year beginning a year from July. However, the actual
content/design/catalogue development period is about one year on average.
Our current length record is our current exhibition, "Indiana Collects
Calder," which we began planning in late 1992--an almost 4 year schedule.
