I could provide information to people inquiring about  audiotours: I have
been working since two years with the new CD-Rom based audiotour technology
in the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam. I am head of the Education and Public Affairs
dept. there.
My experiences so far were quite successfull, and so thinks the large
majority of the audience who is using it. Pick-up rate at the recent Jan
Steen exhibition was 19%.
