Colonial Williamsburg (VA) has a number of vignettes scattered about
amidst the town (and shops...)

Fort New Salem (WV) - actually a misc assortment of buildings brought to
the site - has costumed interpreters for each building to interpret the
original use of the structure.

Historic Spanish Point (Osprey, FL) occasionally uses costumed "first
person" interpreters at the various buildings on the site.

These are off the top of my head - I'm sure there are others.
