Greetings from Utah!
I just got an announcement from the High Museum of Art re: the Henri
Matisse exhibit Nov 2-Jan 19. The announcement bills this as the
"first major presentation in the Southeastern United States of the
art of the 20th-century French master Henri Matisse." And then later
says, "The High Museum of Art will be the *exclusive* venue for
this unprecedented exhibition organized by the MoMA." Does this mean
they are the exclusive venue for the Southeastern United States? or
are they the exclusive venue *period*?
I am anxious to take this show in (and perhaps put together a trip
for a group of our "Friends")---does anybody know whether this
exhibit will travel closer to Utah? Or is Atlanta where the fat lady sings?
Thanks for you help...
Lydia
