Wow! I've been a recluse working at home just 35 miles to the south, no
paper, no nadda so this had all been news to me. But YIKES! Our local NPR
affiliate just did a story going into more detail than the National feed.
The national All Things Considered reported a wall of water 10-15 feet
high. The local said that the flood centered indeed around the campus.
Classes for the rest of the summer have been cancelled and while they
didn't mention special collections the news LOOKS to be bleak. They said
that the bookstore lost it's entire shipment of texts for the fall and
that THESE WERE STORED IN THE LIBRARY BASEMENT. I'll send more detail
