The Senate has pulled the Interior Appropriations bill from
consideration.  It did not deal with any amendments to increase funding
for NEA and NEH.

We believe that all remaining appropriations bills are going to be rolled
into one "omnibus" measure.  It's not clear whether there will be an
opportunity to consider amendments on the cultural agencies.
