I know this topic was discussed about a year ago, and I diligently saved all
the posts, but I have moved my office since then and the folder seems to be
lost.
Can some kind souls please provide discussion on the various mechanical (not
hand) methods of counting people, i.e. laser beams, pressure mats,
turnstiles, etc.--their advantages, disadvantages, and costs/benefits, as
well as some vendors' names?
Also, could someone describe how to turn off the darned chimes on the most
recent model of the Radio Shack laser beam counter/chimer? I'm sure it's as
simple as cutting a wire, but I can't figure out which one.
You can respond to me personally to avoid annoying the list once again. I
publicly apologize for being so dense and disorganized.
