Yes, we do. Here at the Museum of Texas Tech most of our museum students
do internships near the end of their tenure in our graduate program, as per
our written internship policy (those who don't are required to write a
thesis). We require an evaluation to be completed by both the intern and
the institution. The intern evaluates the experience as well as the host
institution, and the host institution evaluates the intern and their
contribution to the institution.
If you are attending AAM this year, note that I am participating in a
session on internships (8:30 am Sunday April 27). A limited number of
sample forms will be available at the session. Contact me off list for
more info.
