Lead an AAM accredited visual arts program within a multi-disciplinary,
non-profit regional art center in a pleasant, arts-oriented community of
40,000. Current programming includes exhibitions, art fairs, studio
classes, and educational programs. Currently Arts Midland employs a
full-time staff of three, plus several part-time studio instructors.
Starting salary is in the $30,000 range, commensurate with experience.

Primary responsibilities include: Fund and professional development;
volunteer and membership enhancement; active partnerships with the board,
member groups, and the community; and organizational budgeting. Other
responsibilities include program development and public relations.
Minimum: Bachelors degree, although an advanced degree is preferred.
Pertinent and effective leadership experience in team management,
financial planning, and fund development is desired, along with a
demonstrated interest in the visual arts.
