>Can anyone recommend good CD Roms of museum collections and if possible,

For a starters: The National Gallery, London (by Microsoft), The Barnes
Collection (by Corbis ) Leonardo, the Codex Leicester exhibit and the
Louvre. There are many CD's for children based on museum collections: on
"A is for Art C is for Cezanne", Philadelphia Museum of Art,(by C-Wave)
and a number of excellent titles by Voyager, including their Children's
Louvre.
It may be worth your while to search the MUSEUM-L archives - this is a
subject that has come up many a time on this list.

You should be able to find a good selection of CD's in the gift shops of
most major museums.
