Tim Miller is on the board--if it still exists--of Highways in Santa
Monica. 1638 18th St. 90404-3807. It's a performance space and part of
the 18th Street Arts Complex. They used to publish High Performance,
but again, I don't know how much of this is intact.

I would also contact LACE in L.A., and Hallwalls Contemporary Arts
Center in Buffalo to track down this publication.
