     i apologize for the non-museum related message, but for those of you
     who have been discussing them, here is something from yahoo's picks of
     the week (7/3/96):

     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     It's great to be celebrating the 4th of July this week, celebrating
     the birthday of a country that brought us Floaty Industries, the
     novelty pen people. Remember those pens "with some object floating to
     and fro in the barrel in front of a famous landmark?", and "with the
     guys and gals who lose their swimsuits"? Well, they're back. Turns out
     Floaty Industries is having their own little birthday bash (albeit
     only 50 years to our 220) and included in the festivities is a contest
     that allows you to design your own pen. Face the risk of obtaining
     free floaty stuff as you answer that ever-pressing question: "What
     sort of floaty or stripper pen have you always wanted?"
