Where: 2 days of pre-conference workshops in Denver (August 23-24)
1 day of tours and travel to Estes Park - August 25
2.5 days of conference in Estes Park - Augsut 26-28
When - August 23-28
How much $ - Before July 31: $175 (members) and $225 (non-members),
workshops extra ($50 for 1/2 day, $100 for full day workshop)
After July 31, $225 (members) and $275 (non-members)
Program: answered somewhat under "where", but to expand: the
pre-conference workshops cover topics from "Designing Questionnaires that
Produce Results" to "How to Plan and Conduct Focus Group Interviews" to
"Designing for Conversation: Facilitating Meaningful Social Interaction",
and perhaps of great interest given the original thread, "Exhibit Labels:
An Interpretive Approach - For Writers" led by Beverly Serrell.
The theme of the conference this year is "Listening Outside". I don't have
a preliminary program yet with any of the sessions listed. For more
