You might try contacting the Mariners' Museum, in Newport News
VA. They should be in the AAM directory, inter alia. As I
recall, they have obtained such fakes as a _plum pudding_, for
use in displays. Again, as I recall, these are made from
polymers, in Japan. Lo-cal, no fat.
