Dear Christine,
The class act of the American museum system suppliers is Delta Designs Ltd.,
P.O. Box 1783, Topeka, Kansas 66601 (913-284-2244 fax 913-233-1021). Note
the contact info is several years old. They designed and built an amazing
cabinet installation for us for the storage of our silver and small metal
sculpture collections.

>Hello all,
>
>We are looking for makers of museum quality artifact storage cabinets. I
>have materials from one such vendor, Steel Manufacturing Company in Kansas
>City. We are not able to accomodate compact storage shelves so we're
>looking for individual units to store a combination of surgical
>instruments, doctor's bags, uniforms, microscopes, and other medical
>equipment. Thank you in advance for any tips and suggestions.
