The best two vegetarians restaurants I can think of in Minneapolis are Cafe
Brenda in the warehouse district of downtown and the New Riverside Cafe,
which is between downtown Mpls and the University of Minnesota.  The New
Riverside Cafe has been around a long time and in my estimation, a must
see.
