Hi Bonni-Dara and all!
Whoop!! Whoop!! REAL BIG DISCLAIMER!!
I have to agree with Adrienne. We have to be sure that there will be no
negative fallout from any of us posting personal information to the list.
(Or are we just being overly sensitive and paranoid?)
On the other hand, why should I be fearful of telling anyone my salary?
This is what I get paid for the work I perform. I can prove it. I cash
that check every two weeks.
Is it more embarassing to me or my institution that I am underpaid?
We could try to do an anonymous survey but how do you validate the
responses (ballot stuffing etc.)?
I know that ASTC has a salary survey but, my job title and duties don't
exactly match its classifications.
Further Comments? - Anyone . . . Bueller?
