My $0.02:
Treat this like any other budget item. Solicit references from
others in yur business, contact the references, describe what you
are looking to achieve, ask them to come in and provide you with a
quotation for their services and then make your decision.
The way not to do it: Get all panicky because of popular media
reporting or third-hand stories, race around looking for anyone whoe
can calm your fears, pay to much and still have problems.
Again, this is free advice; it's worth what you paid for it. :)
