I'm sorry if I overstated my case.  However, the question was about moving
a science exhibit rather than art (or historical) objects.  Clearly, the
level of care you can expect, and pay for, for artifacts is very diferent
from lots and lots of cubic feet of cases and displays, that have no value
as collection objects.  And, its not just a question of money value, a
display may be very costly while an art object  may have modest "market
value".
