DEAR ALL,
I am currently doing research work on the Gothic Revival in New York City. My
focus is going to be on Saint Thomas' Church on Fifth Avenue and 53rd Street.
I have spoken to Morgan Holman, manager of the Archives and it seems that
nobody has ever written anything on the front doors of the church. I have
written my preliminary report on the subject and I have the basic concepts
of the icons down. I was wondering if anyone on this list knows more. If you
know of anyone I can contact please tell me. The sculpture was installed in
1963 by Rochette and Parzini. Canon West planned it. Are there any sources I
can look into?
I am a University Student in desperate need of any sources for her thesis.
Thank you for your time.
