Larisa,
   I just wrote a proposal to the Cafritz Foundation here in Washington,
DC.  They fund a great deal of museum programs relating to
diversity/multiculturalism, particularly education programs.  You might
have done this already but just in case, you may want to consult the
foundation directory.  Any development office should have a copy, I found
it to be very helpful when doing my research.
