At the National Gallery of Canada the Registration staff handling the
shipment first conduct an inventory of the films, videos, and equipment.
The material is then forwarded to the Audio-Visual Department where
AV technicians check the condition of the material to ensure that
everything is functional.  We do not use a specific condition report form
for this type of material.
