        Bravo, David Harvey!  You've posed the key question:  does anyone
move from measurement to interpretation to action (if it's needed)?

        I've seen a number of collection areas where the recording
hygrothermographs are proudly on display (as required), but they might as
well not be there because nobody does anything with the information they
produce.  It does still take a sentient human to effect and maintain proper
environmental conditions.
