I am interning at a small Historical Society in Maryland.  We are in the
process of putting together a 2 week Teacher Training Institute.
some background info:

target audience         elementary & secondary Teachers
budget                  small ie. under $5000
goal                    to familiarize teachers with the Historical
                        sites and resources available to them.

We would like to offer graduate or ceu. credits.
We will be going on fieldtrips 3 to 4 time a week and bringing in guest
speakers.

Has anyone ever done a TTI before?
What should we add or delete to make this a better experience.
