My colleague Karen Graham at the Canadian Museum of Civilization has recently
completed a comprehensive program evaluation of education programs in that
museum. A variety of research methods were used, including
teacher/principal/school superintendent interviews, focus groups, etc.

It's a good study; my only beef is that the few references to educational
programs here at CWM are superficial, grossly incomplete and quite misleading -
but, then, the evaluators' contract specifically was worded to scope us out
completely!
