We received Snap! for Windows, in October I think. But we haven't used
it enough yet, due to being short-staffed, to be able to evaluate it. I
certainly hope it's going to work out!
I'd say keep trying to phone Willoughby. Among other things, they've
moved, but there should be a forwarding number message if you call the
old one. Ask for Angela.
