Speaking for myself as I understand the accreditation process:

there may be an explanation -- I guess there *must* be an explanation --
but it is confidential.

Niether Kim Igoe nor the members of the Accreditation Commission are
likely to discuss any individual case with anybody not associated with
that particular museum.
