Besides making me hungry, all this talk about chocolate, marshmellows,
cookies (or biscuits as we call them down under) raises a question: How do
you conserve food in a museum. A student at the University of Canberra is
currently investigating the matter, but is not having much luck with
literature searches etc. So, if anyone out there has ever conserved any
type of food, we'd be glad to hear about it.
