I'm interested in the conclusion that unusual support is extended to
motherhood/womanhood issues due to the predominance of women in your
administration. I've worked at SLAM for 15 years, through some fairly major
events in my life, including the birth and young childhood of my two
children, and have been met with nothing but support and caring from my
male-dominated administration. Perhaps its more of a mid-west thing than a
gender issue :^)
