The recent thread begun by Allen Hawk regarding sponsors and their
potential influence on exhibits is interesting.  Those wishing more
insight on this might read Debora Silverman's book "Selling Culture"
and Alice Carnes' article "Showplace, Playground or Forum?: Choice
Points for Science Museums," Museum News, April 1986, pp. 29-35.
