Carol,

I checked with Australian Archives on the online availability of their
technical paper on the permanence of photocopies and laser printing and
they said that the paper was available through the gopher aa01.aa.gov.au
filed under the Custody and Preservation folder.  Its also available through
the WWW under http://www.aa.gov.au

They also said that they would check their end to see if there was an access
problem.
