Just a thought--
Smelterville, Idaho just blasted down their high stacks, earlier this
week. I actually drove through on my way to Seattle and saw the now
demised stacks. Pretty dramatic, there in the mountains.
They were blasted down, I believe, as the first step in a Superfund clean
up of the remaining metals.
Perhaps a call to Smelterville might be of interest. I don't know if they
have a Chamber of Commerce, but it's worth a shot.
