Does anyone have information about contracts for executive directors? Is this
becoming more common in the museum/non-profit field or is it still the
exception? What do you feel are the pros and cons? If you have a contract,
how did you negotiate the terms? I am doing a panel about staffing
(specifically about the search process for Executive Directors) as well as
writing an article about this. I'd appreciate some sharing on this topic.
