The Museum of Victoria (Australia) is currently defining new
policies and procedures for the new Museum at Carlton Gardens.
        I am currently working on a definition of 'visitor behaviour',
specifically as it applies to museums, but have as yet not had any luck in
finding a definition of what exactly 'visitor behaviour' encompasses.
        Could anyone with more information about a definition, or those with
their own working definitions please reply off list to:
